On the influence of environmental factors on the occurrence of androgenic alopecia

As it is known from numerous scientific data, human health is mainly influenced by the environment and food. As is known, the concentration of chemical elements in hair reflects the ecological state of the territory, which is formed under the influence of natural and/or anthropotechnogenic factors. The formation of causal relationships between the environmental risk of the occurrence and development of the disease of androgenic alopecia served as the basis for the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the factors influencing the occurrence of the disease in question on the example of residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The presented analysis of correlations between the quantitative content of macro- and microelements in the environment, food and the quantitative content of elements in hair allowed us to establish many reliable links. At the same time, reliable correlations have been established to a greater extent between the content of chemical elements in hair and grain products. Whereas for trace elements contained in the soil and in the hair, a minimum value was established, which, in our opinion, is due to the fact that the gross content of the studied macro-trace elements was determined in the soil.
