Modeling of the technological line of the quantitative balance of grain processing, taking into account the factors affecting the occurrence of losses during drying, cleaning and processing

The article "Modeling of the technological line of the quantitative balance of grain processing, taking into account the factors influencing the occurrence of losses during drying, cleaning and processing" presents a statistical observation of determining the indicator for assessing the effect of natural shrinkage on the volume of grain mass losses, assessing the impact of grain mass losses in aspiration network emissions, assessing the impact of losses in washing assessment of the impact of losses during technological scattering of mass, not taken into account as main and by-products, assessment of the impact of loss of quality of grain mass, an algorithmic model of the digital transformation of the technological process of the efficiency of the balance of the grain mass processing line, taking into account all types of losses, reflecting the equation of the quantitative balance, taking into account changes in grain mass as a result of moisture or release of impurities, a correlation dependence of the technology of grain mass processing on various types of losses was carried out, for analysis were selected: biological (low moisture content of the grain mass, does not correspond to ash content and vitreousness, under-ripened grain mass), mechanical (mechanical damage to the grain, micro-damage of grain, macro-damage of grain), technological (losses during loading and unloading, violation of cleaning modes, violation of drying modes, violation of processing technology), climatic (violation of the microclimate in the room, discrepancy in the humidity level of the received grain mass) organizational (processing of grain mass does not correspond to the productivity of equipment, losses of external goods properties) the quantitative determination of the impact of types of losses on the processing of grain mass has been obtained, The results of regression analysis and the results of variance analysis of the impact of loss types on the volume of grain mass are calculated.
