Modeling of organizational and technological methods for reducing the level of grain mass losses during drying, cleaning and processing by compiling a material balance of flour and waste output

The article "Modeling of organizational and technological methods for reducing the level of grain mass losses during drying, cleaning and processing by compiling a material balance of flour and waste yield" presents a classification of types of grain mass losses and their characteristics, classified by types and types of grain mass losses, so groups of losses are identified: biological, mechanical, agrotechnical, climatic, organizational and other losses; agrotechnological measures have been identified, according to the technological map, where grain mass losses are most often formed, the degree of impact of losses on the volume of grain mass at the stage of drying, purification and processing at three levels (minimum, average and maximum) has been revealed; an algorithmic model of digital transformation of improving the process of processing grain mass has been developed by modeling the technological scheme of the material balance of flour yield, taking into account all types of losses (takes into account losses from: grain mass moisture, weed admixture, grain admixture, basic nature and vitreousness); a balance calculation has been performed for flour of the highest grade, first grade, second grade bran and feed flies. Indicators were selected to calculate the correlation dependence of the efficiency of grain processing on the cost of technological measures to reduce losses from selected factors (according to 2022); the correlation dependence of the efficiency and effectiveness of grain processing on the cost of reducing losses was carried out; the results of a regression analysis of the dependence of the efficiency and effectiveness of grain processing on the cost of technology improvement were obtained to reduce losses; The results of the analysis of variance of the dependence of the indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of grain processing on the costs of improving the technology to reduce losses are analyzed.
