Functional and ecological assessment and modeling of transpiration of a forest ecosystem stand in the conditions of Moscow according to IoT monitoring systems

The priority tasks of ecology include the development of modern systems of ecological monitoring and modeling of forest ecosystems, one of the main integral indicators of the functioning of which is the seasonal dynamics of stand transpiration. Most modern transpiration models are based on remote sensing data and operate on a very large scale. There are single models based on direct measurement of sap flow, which are difficult for ecologically sound geoinformation extrapolation on the territory of forest biogeocenoses with an area of several hectares, which is especially important for urban forest parks. The model we are planning should overcome these shortcomings. The article presents an approach to the assessment and modeling of the transpiration of the forest ecosystem stand according to the data of IoT monitoring systems in the Petrovsko-Razumovskoye integrated Nature reserve.
