The subject of the work corresponds to the document "Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 3971-r dated December 29, 2021 on the approval of the strategic direction in the field of digital transformation of the agro-industrial and fisheries sectors of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030" and is aimed at solving the most important tasks: 1. Increasing the economic and physical accessibility of agricultural products through the use of digital solutions. 2. Providing the industry with highly qualified personnel with digital competencies. 3. Reduction of costs and production costs of the agro-industrial complex. 4. Ensuring the completeness and reliability of data on the situation in the agro-industrial complex. 5. Increasing the openness of information for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. 6. Improving the quality of planning activities of the agro-industrial complex.
