The review is devoted to the study of the properties of probiotic microorganisms isolated from dairy products of farms, their role in the prevention of allergies. Modern data are presented, experimentally confirming the positive preventive role of probiotics. The role of adhesion of probiotic microorganisms with intestinal epithelium and its importance in inhibiting the activity of a number of pathogenic microorganisms is shown. The Web of Science and Elibrary databases from 2013 to 2023 were used to search for articles.
