Assessment of the ecological state of the Ural river by the method of fluctuating asymmetry

The article presents the results of the assessment of the ecological state of the Ural River by the method of fluctuating asymmetry using pond frog (Rana lessonae) and silver carp (Carassius gibelio) as bioindicators. The studies were carried out on 4 sections of the river that differ in anthropogenic load. The fluctuating asymmetry method is based on the analysis of the symmetry violation of the development of morphogenetic homeostasis indicators Rana lessonae and Carassius gibelio under the influence of anthropogenic factors. The study made it possible to assess the state of the Ural River in the studied areas of the reservoir by the stability of the development of the bioindicators Rana lessonae and Carassius gibelio.
