Justification of economic-mathematical model of efficiency of biogas fuel application for agro-industrial complex of hard-to-reach regions of Yakutia

The paper deals with the urgent issues of providing motor-tractor machinery with the necessary amount of fuel in hard-to-reach settlements for agricultural crops cultivation. It is taken into account that in hard-to-reach settlements the fuel is delivered only in winter, when ice crossings and winter roads are officially opened. Due to the shortage of fuel of oil origin there may be a risk of disruption of the main agricultural works performed by the autotractor equipment. To solve this problem in the agrarian sector it is proposed to use biogas motor fuel, which can be produced locally from renewable raw materials with minimal costs. Biogas is produced by processing agricultural waste. For forecasting we propose to use economical-mathematical model to estimate the efficiency of biogas motor fuel use. The calculation takes into account energy consumption for production of agricultural products, including energy consumption for motor biogas production. It is assumed in these calculations that the energy consumption for producing engine biogas should be lower than the energy consumption of the produced product. That's why the coefficient of efficiency of engine biogas usage shall be more than unity. We offer the formula for definition of the volume of works which are fulfilled with biogas motor fuel expressed through efficiency. Here we additionally take into account the volume of the refueled fuel, the compressibility factor and the biogas consumption. For more substantiated analysis and selection of a suitable fuel for combustion engines of autotractor machinery an efficiency evaluation algorithm has been proposed.
