Mathematical models of multi-criteria risk optimization of electrical installations

Currently, automated systems for monitoring, diagnosing and managing anthropogenic processes in human-machine systems (HMS) are widely used in practice, which required the construction of scientifically based principles for creating the basis for decision support (DSS) with the participation of decision makers (DM) in the system. Accounting for the human factor is possible if there are tools for analyzing alternative options for the interaction of system components with different physical nature and means for measuring them in the structure of the HMS "Ch-E-S". At the same time, it is desirable to develop quantitative methods for predicting the behavior of the operator (electrical personnel) for possible threats of danger arising from the operation of electrical equipment at a production facility. In this case, simulation usually makes it possible to find effective solutions both during system design and at the stage of experimental and pilot checks.
