Assessment of changes in the parameters of the "nutrient medium - green algae - humic acid" system over time |

An experiment to study the behavior of a humic acid preparation isolated from arable gray soil (Luvic Greyzemic Phaeozem (Loamic, Aric)) in solution has been set. The aim of the work is to assess environmental changes in the presence of humic acid solution. In the work, the content of dissolved oxygen in the incubation vessels is recorded, data on the optical density and fluorescence spectra of the suspensions studied are obtained, and the parameters of the state of the alga Chlorella vulgaris culture, such as the size and number of cells, are evaluated. It is noted that in the presence of humic acid solution, the growth character of the algae culture changes. A significant drop in the content of dissolved oxygen in the experiment with humic acid solution on day 5 was found, which is most pronounced in the light, resulting in better conditions for the green algae.
