Principles of building a decision support system in risk management of electrical installations

The importance and timeliness of the development of effective measures to prevent dangerous man-made situations (HAS), leading to accidents in power supply systems, electrical injuries to personnel, fires and electromagnetic radiation, are due to the increase in risks during the operation of 380/220 V electrical installations at production facilities and the infrastructure of rural settlements. The average annual growth of social losses and material damages is currently more than 20%. Over the past two decades, about 10 million people have suffered from OSA in Russia, of which 600 thousand people died during this period. The total material damage is comparable to the average gross domestic product in the Russian Federation. The accumulated experience shows that the most effective way to reduce anthropogenic hazards is their prevention, which is based on monitoring, forecasting, managing and optimizing risks. At the same time, the lack of an effective system for collecting and summarizing data on adverse risk factors, their identification, hinders the prompt adoption of management decisions aimed at preventing the occurrence of emergencies.
