Improving the efficiency of press granulators by expanding their technical capabilities

The analysis revealed the shortcomings of traditional methods and technical means of obtaining molded and pressed products in the form of pellets and briquettes. Based on this, rational schemes of the press with replaceable matrices and their use in the production line of products are proposed. The dependences obtained as a result of theoretical studies make it possible to calculate and select the values of the parameters of the press and its workflow. The revealed ratios are the basis for calculating the energy intensity of presses for this purpose, which allows at the design stage to give a comparative assessment of the efficiency of the proposed known technical means.
