Justification of the design and parameters of the paste maker

Based on the analysis of the existing designs of pasteurizers, a rational design of this type of device is proposed. The dependences characterizing the productivity as well as the drive power of the paste maker are obtained. Formulas are obtained for determining the angular velocity of the screw and rotor, as well as the number of holes in the paste discharge zone
