Study of electromagnetic injector of the CRI 2-25NC generation with lower control currents

The working of CRI 2-25 generation modern injector with electromagnetic control and a feedback sensor with an injection control valve have been studied. The operation of the tested fuel injector and, the methods of its testing are described, the defects of the constituent elements that may occur during operation are established. The tests of the considered injector were carried out, during which the volumes of fuel injection doses were checked, the return doses of fuel were determined, and the injector details were studied using a microscope.
