The use of humates in the technology of spring barley production

The article presents the results of studies on the use of humic preparations - "Potassium Humate" and "Humate +7" in the technology of growing spring barley. The studies were carried out on dark gray forest soils of the Ryazan region in 2021-2022. Agrochemicals had a positive effect on the growth and development of plants, indicators of the structure of the crop and the sowing quality of spring barley seeds. The high mass of a thousand grains and its performance on the variants with the treatment with agrochemicals increased the grain size. In the experiments, the nature of the grain, in relation to the control, increased by 100.8% and 101.4%; grain size was 62.8% and 64.5%, which is 111.5% and 114.5% higher compared to the control. On average, the maximum yield was obtained in the variant with the treatment "Humate +7" (2.36 t/ha), the yield of which is +0.27 t/ha higher than in the control.
