Urease activity of agrochernozem using bioprotective preparations with Chlorella vulgaris on spring wheat

The article presents the results of studies on the evaluation of the effect of biological preparations based on the culture of Chlorella vulgaris on the urease activity of agrochernozem and the content of mobile forms of nitrogen during the cultivation of spring wheat in the conditions of the Krasnoyarsk forest-steppe. It was shown that the biological preparations used in the experiment with a suspension of microalgae Chlorella vulgaris affected the level of activity of hydrolytic cleavage of urea by 20 %, by 40 % by the transformation of nitrogen-containing organic compounds and by 33 % by the provision of soil with ammonium nitrogen. Double spraying of spring wheat crops with heat-treated Chlorella vulgaris reveals a strong correlation with urease activity, which manifests itself in the July period (r = 0,62…0,99).By the tillering period of spring wheat, a high supply of ammonium nitrogen (18 mg/kg) and an increased easily hydrolysable nitrogen (280 mg/kg; r = 0,39) are formed in the soil.
