Assessment of the ecological state of ordinary chernozem contaminated with antibiotics of tetracycline group

The article presents the results of a comprehensive assessment of the ecological state of chernozem when contaminated with tetracyclines at concentrations of 10, 100 and 1000 mg/kg by the degree of change in biological indicators. It was found that tetracycline contamination leads to a deterioration in the ecological state of ordinary chernozem. The degree of change in biological parameters is determined by the chemical structure of tetracyclines and their concentration. A negative correlation relationship is established between the concentration of tetracyclines and the degree of change in biological parameters. Oxytetracycline has the greatest adverse effect on biological performance than tetracycline. The activity of oxidoreductases, the total number of bacteria, the length of radish roots are the most informative indicators in case of contamination of chernozem with tetracyclines, the indicator of the abundance of bacteria p. Azotobacter is not informative.
