Effect of heavy metal pollution on the total number of bacteria in the soils of the Central Ciscaucasia and the Caucasus

The article presents the results of monitoring studies of soil CO2 emissions of Podzoluvisols in the conditions of two types of southern-taiga land-use of representative zonal ecosystems of the Central Region of Russia. The research was carried in case of a perennial meadow plot and spruce forest older than 100 years, compactly located (within 300 m) on geomorphologically comparable lanscapes of the Krasnoe tract of the southern forestry of the Central Forest Reserve, with a similar position in relief (the middle part of the long slope of the western exposure) with zonal Podzoluvisols. The intensity of the soil CO2 flux, temperature and soil moisture were determined weekly in the warm period of the year and once a month in the cold period. A mobile infrared gas analyzer was used to analyze the CO2 flux (IRGA) Li-820. For statistical data analysis – programs Excel и SPSS. Year-round studies conducted in the conditions of the biosphere reserve recognized as a regional southern-taiga background object revealed statistically significant regional typological differences in soil CO2 emissions of Podzoluvisols in the main environmental types of southern-taiga land-use against the background of pronounced seasonal dynamics of CO2 fluxes, which should be taken into account in strategic land-use planning to achieve the stated goal in Glasgow of a phased transition to the C-neutral development of the regions of Russia.
