Assessment of plant needs for food elements using feedback principles

The paper shows the prospects for assessing the need of plants in nutrition elements using feedback principles: by photosynthesis activity during the introduction of N, P, K, Ca into the suspension of soils, by the activity of chloroplasts, by the content of positively and negatively charged complex compounds in plants, by the composition of transpiration products from plants, by the absorption of elements by plants from a nutrient solution after preliminary cultivation on a soil suspension. Thus, when zinc was added to the suspension of soils, the photosynthesis activity of the rose varied from 12.9± 0.9 to 15.2± 0.2 mmol/m2 per second, which indicates a lack of Zn in the soil for the development of biotest.
