Organizational safety bases in the repair of electric motors under conditions of the agro-industrial complex

The article considers the ensuring long-term and efficient use of electrical equipment, which also includes electric motors, which are subjected to the complex of influences during the entire period of operation. Large number of electric motors are used in the agricultural production, so their repair is the systematic operation and requires the organization of safe work. It should be noted that the repair of electric motors is almost multi-stage operation and requires the use of the large amount of equipment, instruments, tools and fixtures, as well as a properly organized workplace, which in turn increases the importance of organizing labor process safety and personnel training.
