Special aspects of Lonicera caerulea L cultivars depositing in vitro

The results of the investigations of the retardant effects on in vitro deposition of L. caerulea cultivars under slow growth conditions are presented in the article. The objects of the research were honeysuckle cultivars Galochka, Kamchadalka, Yulia, and Moskovskaya 23. The effect of the genotype and retardant type on the explant viability has been established. It was observed that Moskovskaya 23 was characterized by the highest viability of microshoots during deposition. Optimal duration of deposition, type and concentration of retardant for in vitro storage of the honeysuckle cultivars at a temperature of +10 ° C has been determined.
