Improving the efficiency of heavy-duty four-wheel drive vehicles as part of transport and reloading modules

Surface waterlogging reduces the patency of wheeled energy vehicles involved in the transportation of crops from the fields. At the same time, it should be noted that currently there is an acute shortage of wheeled power vehicles of high cross-country ability to perform the duties assigned to them for the transportation of agricultural goods. Based on the analysis of operational modes, structural capabilities of cars and the current state of the art, a design was proposed - a "Device for towing an on-board semi-trailer", which makes it possible to aggregate a serial high-terrain vehicle equipped with a winch device, with an on-board semi-trailer as part of transport and reloading modules, and capable of transferring part of its own load of the aggregated semi-trailer through loading the support bracket-drawbar and winch device to the running system, driving wheels and frame towing vehicle-a car in order to increase its cross-country ability, reduce slipping, increase productivity when performing work. The article offers a theoretical calculation of the operation of the proposed device, considers the reactions of the surface of motion, emerging and interacting force factors, which makes it possible to substantiate the geometric and power elements of its design.
