Analysis of changes in the areas of agricultural land in Central Yakutia

The article presents data on agricultural lands of Central Yakutia. The situation of changes in agricultural areas in recent years is analyzed. It is established that the total land area of Central Yakutia is 17675,071 thousand hectares, of which agricultural land occupies 905,135 thousand hectares (5.12%), including: arable land — 71,846 thousand hectares, hayfields — 377,733. ha, pastures — 445,251 thousand hectares, deposits — 10,148 thousand hectares. The main directions of agriculture in Central Yakutia are: the cultivation of grain and fodder crops, potatoes and vegetables in the open ground. There is a gradual increase in the area of sowing of perennial fodder crops. In 2010, the area of sowing of perennial fodder crops was 4611 hectares, in 2018 it was 11198 hectares, and in 2019 - 11117, which is 2.4 times more than in 2010.
