Studying the features of the allelofund by polymorphic blood systems of young Yakut horses LLC "Khorobut"

This article discusses the results of a study of the characteristics of the allelofund of young Yakut horses of the farm located in the Central agroecological zone of Yakutia. Genetic diversity is studied by the loci of albumin, transferase and esterase and by the frequency of occurrence of these alleles. According to the results of the study, recommendations are given: to increase the live weight of horses, Horobut LLC should select or acquire individuals with the АLВ/АLВ genotype of the albumin locus (correlates with the live weight of horses) in the reproducing composition of individuals; also, to increase the genetic biodiversity of horses by the transferrin and esterase locus, individuals with the genotypes TfН/TfН, TfO/TfO, TfD/TfD and EsН/EsН, EsI/EsI, EsF/EsF, respectively, should be acquired in the reproducing composition of this farm.
