Productivity of spring rapeseed and technological properties of oilseeds grown in the southern part of the Non-Chernozem zone

The article deals with the influence of sowing dates and levels of mineral nutrition on the productivity of varieties and hybrids of spring rape in the Ryazan region. It was revealed that the maximum studied crop yield was recorded in the variants with the introduction of a dose of N180P60K60: the first sowing period for the Ratnik variety, and the second for the Salsa KL hybrid (17.6 c / ha each). At the first sowing period, the maximum oil yield was noted at both levels of mineral nutrition in the Ratnik variety (641.4; 735.6 kg / ha). The addition of N180P60K60 made it possible to increase the content of unsaturated acids - oleic and linoleic. At the same time, the profitability of oilseeds production was 53.1-91.9%, which characterizes a good level of production. The maximum profitability was 91.9% (N180P60K60, first sowing date).
