Simulation of vibration load of bus passenger seats for on-farm transportation of agricultural enterprises

A study of the vibration load of bus passenger seats for intra-farm transportation of agricultural enterprises on roads with variable road height remains current. The purpose of the study is to conduct a simulation of the vibration load of bus passengers using the Simulink program when moving along a dirt road and off-road. To check the impact on passengers of the bus of different levels of vibration, 5 ranges of octane bands are specified using the structural units of the Simulink program: Analog Filter Design unit - Butterworth filter. To convert the signal from analog to digital, we use the Zero-Order Hold unit, the RMS unit for calculating MSE and the Fcn unit, the effective level of vibration acceleration. As input parameters in the dynamic model of the vibration load of bus passengers, the following are accepted: vertical coordinate, trim and roll angles of the bus. To determine these parameters, a routine was compiled using an m-file. When studying the movement of the PAZ-4234 bus, it was revealed that at the time of the beginning of the movement of the bus, the largest vibrations occur, then elastic and damping elements come into action, and the vibration decreases to the operating level. With increasing frequency of vibrations in passenger places, their level also increases, and with increasing speed of movement and irregularities of the reference surface, frequency and amplitude of vibrations of passenger places increases.
