Substantiation of elements of technology for growing oregano (Origanum vulgare L.) in the Kostroma region based on the study of wild coenopopulation

The subject of research is the wild coenopopulation of oregano. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the planting scheme, the terms of harvesting medicinal raw materials and the duration of operation of the cultural plantation for the conditions of the Kostroma region. The research was conducted in 2008, 2011...2013, 2016 and 2020. Kologrivsky district of the Kostroma region on the dry and excessively moist parts of the grasslands on the left Bank of the river Unzha. As a result of research, it was found that the optimal planting scheme for common oregano is 0.70 X 0.70 m. Selective manual collection of medicinal raw materials of flowering shoots should be carried out in cycles for 40 days from the first decade of June to the end of the second decade of July. Mechanized — for 20 days in the period from the end of the III decade of June to the end of the II decade of July.
