The results of the use of LED lamps in the cultivation green crops under artificial lighting in solving environmental problems

In order to reduce the negative anthropogenic load on nature, to develop the promising northeastern regions of our country, to reduce the risks of man-made and natural disasters, we must step up research work on growing plant products under artificial lighting in enclosed spaces. It requires the creation of modern technologies of year-round, conveyor, multi-tiered production. The paper studies the influence of the illumination intensity and spectrum of LED lamps on the biometry and accumulation of the phytomass of radish and cress plants. Experimental studies have shown that the intensity of artificial light-emitting diode LED lamps with an installation power of 20.5 W / m2 is insufficient and significantly inferior to the control with natural light. Lighting with an installation capacity of 41 W / m2 for radish is slightly inferior, and for cress - lettuce corresponds to the control of the bio-mass yield. Lighting with an installation capacity of 61.5 W / m2 was significantly superior to control. According to the radiation spectrum, the best results are shown by LED phytolamps, followed by LED lamps of warm radiation, lamps of cold radiation show the lowest values.
