Effect of cutting of biologically aged trees of different varieties of persimmon on the biochemical composition and other qualities of the fruit

Despite the fact that the culture of subtropical persimmon in Georgia has a long history, the issues of pruning fruit trees are poorly developed. With age, the trees begin to show signs of aging, sharply reduced the intensity of growth, reduced yield, disturbed periodicity of fruiting, deteriorating fruit quality. The article presents material for the study of influence pruning of biologically old trees of three varieties of subtropical persimmon (Hyakume, Hacia and Takanashi) on the biochemical composition and other qualities: growth and development, the average yield in kilograms, weight of one fruit
