The justification processes of receiving and drying products on the basis of soy-carrot-mushroom compositions

Нaving based on the adopted approaches, has been established schematic diagram, structural-functional scheme for the production of innovative products on the basis of soy-carrot-mushroom composition. The calculation procedure the drying equipment for its use in the production of dried protein-vitamin granules is given.
