Project of the Federal State Educational Standard of Average Vocational Training on a Speciality of 280201 «Ecological Monitoring and Control» (qualifications "technician-laboratorian", «the senior technician-laboratorian»)

In article genesis of national system of average vocational training in sphere of protection of environment during 1988-2011. On the basis of results of the spent analysis is investigated the restoration urgency in Russia systems of average vocational training in sphere of environment protection come to light. Necessity of introduction of three specialities of average vocational training for sphere of protection of environment is proved: 280201 «Ecological Monitoring and Control», 280202 «Ecological Designing» and 280203 «Technological Systems of Environment Protection». The project of the federal state educational standard of average vocational training of the third generation on a speciality 280201 «Ecological Monitoring and Control» is offered and is in detail considered. The area and objects of professional work, the cores of the competence of the graduate on the given speciality are defined. In the Appendix to article the full text of the project of the educational standard on specialities 280201 «Ecological Monitoring and Control» of directions of 280200 «Environment Protection» is presented.
