Phenotypic conditionality of the economic use of cows in herd of intensive type

Genotype influence on functional longevity of Holsteinized cows in herds of intensive type has been shown. The optimum level of milk yields of cows for the first lactation, providing the greatest longevity of cows, exit of milk, butterfat and protein for all period of economic use has been established.
