Perspective strains of cultivated champignon in biotechnology of intensive industrial production of mycothallus

The characteristic of biological and economic-valuable signs of strains of cultivated champignons Agaricus bisporus (Lange) Imbach., selected for intensive way of culture’s conducting on the basis of modern industrial technologies of edible mushrooms’ cultivation, is presented. Strains and biotechnology as basis of increase of efficiency and quality of mushroom production, defining level of manufacture’s profitability appreciably, are considered.
